Alexander Zverev, Diego Schwartzman, Elina Svitolina and Johanna Konta confirmed their participation in the 2020 Virtual Madrid Open.

The 2020 Virtual Madrid Open that will take place from 27th to 30th April 2020 has already complete line-up. From 16 players in ATP and WTA events, there are already 10 in both. Players that already signed up for the event were joined by Sascha Zverev, Diego Schwartzman, Elina Svitolina and Johanna Konta.
“I’m really excited about the Mutua Madrid Open’s initiative. When we can’t compete on the court, let’s challenge each other online. No doubt everyone will fight for the title… and I will!" said Svitolina.
I can’t wait to play in the Mutua Madrid Open Virtual Pro. I often play videogames, and I hope to be ready to do it well in the tournament, with which we hope to help all those affected by the current situation," Schwartzman stated.
“I loved the idea because it puts us back in competition mode and it is for a good cause as well. I have started practicing to show the best of my skills and I shall be ready for it. Watch me play!" Konta emphasized.
