The 2021 Open Sud de France in Montpellier will feature a strong field with hefty prize money of over 300.000 € on offer.
The event will run from the 22nd of February to the 28th of February and will feature several prominent names including Bautista Agut, Goffin, Sinner, Tsonga and Murray. All of these players will be looking to get as far as possible in the event but it won't be easy as it features many indoor specialists. The possibility of earning 250 ATP points is certainly a boost as is the overall financial commitment of 323.970€.
The winner will leave Montpellier with 250 ATP points in the bag as well as 21.665 € on the account. The runner-up will have a consolation prize of 16.000 € and 150 ATP points. The semifinalists will be rewarded for their endeavors with 12.000 € and 90 ATP points. Players that exit the event prior to that will also receive some compensation albeit in smaller amounts.
