Tennis returns in 2021 to Marseille with the Open 13 Provence featuring some of the best players and € 409,370 up for grabs.
Many familiar faces will exchange Rotterdam for Marseille as the Open 13 Provence 2021 set to start in 2021. It will be the 29th edition of the event featuring some of the best players in the world. Defending champion Stefanos Tsitsipas will return as the 2nd seed while the top seed is Daniil Medvedev. Joining them will be players such as 2018 champion Khachanov, Ugo Humbert and Jannik Sinner. The ATP 250 event will have an overall financial commitment of € 409,370 which attracted some of the world's best.
As noted above, Stefanos Tsitsipas is the defending champion having won this event in 2019 and 2020 respectively. The Frenchman enjoys playing here as it's not far from here he comes home so that familiarity obviously suits him. If he wins again he will bag € 27,615. The loser in the final will receive a consolation prize of € 20,400, while the semifinalists will receive € 15,300.
