2022 Rio Open Entry List featuring Berrettini, Alcaraz and Thiem

The Rio Open presented by Claro is a clay-court event that is held in the beautiful city of Rio, and often features some of the ATP's best clay-court specialists.

Rafael Nadal lifted the inaugural trophy in 2014, but the event has seen other notable stars triumph, including David Ferrer, Dominic Thiem and Diego Schwartzman.

The ATP 500 event was cancelled in 2021 but has returned this year and will be highlighted by World No.7 Matteo Berrettini, along with former champions Schwartzman and Thiem. Joining the field are Norwegian Casper Ruud, rising sensation Carlos Alcaraz and 2020 champion Christian Garin.

The 28-man event will run from February 14-20, 2022.
