2022 Western & Southern Open ATP Entry List including Nadal, Medvedev and Tsitsipas (Last Update - 12-08)

The ATP Entry List has been confirmed for the 2022 Western & Southern Open which is due to take place between Saturday 13 August - Sunday 21 August in Cincinnati as one of the main stops on the hard court swing prior to the US Open.

Novak Djokovic is among those to headline the current field but with this being an initial entry list, his status is still unknown due to current COVID vaccine mandates still in place which could jeopardise him playing at all during the swing.

As a result, Daniil Medvedev, Rafael Nadal, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Casper Ruud and Carlos Alcaraz headline, with Alexander Zverev as defending champion withdrawing due to injury.

Currently outside the field include Andy Murray and Nick Kyrgios who are among the first alternates so will likely get those spots if not a wildcard by the tournament when the full field is confirmed.
