Carlos Alcaraz is enjoying life right now as the Spaniard began his 13th week as the number one player in the world passing some big names in the process.
Alcaraz first got the number one ranking after the US Open which he won. It was a great time to get the number one ranking because the rest of the season didn't feature too many big events so it was quite hard for other players to catch up.
Nobody did as he finished the year as the number one player receiving his trophy in Turin. Now he began his 13th week as the number one player in the world passing Boris Becker on the list of weeks spent as number one and matching with Andy Roddick.
He'll rack up a few more weeks during the off-season with the Australian Open being the first event that might see him dethroned.
