Andy Murray will take part in the Antwerp European Open later this year from October 18th till October 24th.
The British player will continue to play tennis throughout the year in order to gain some confidence and form ahead of what is shaping up to a pivotal 2022 for Murray. Depending on the result it may end up being his last year on the tour as well and he would want to say goodbye properly. Murray has been playing some of his best tennis lately as he showed at the US Open when he almost bested Tsitsipas.
Yesterday at the Moselle Open he took down 6th seed Ugo Humbert in a comeback win proving that there is still great tennis left in him. The Antwerp European Open is an ATP 250 event in October and Murray will take part in it again. The last time he played was in 2019 and he was able to win that edition of the event by defeating Stan Wawrinka in the final.
