Andy Murray played at the
San Diego Open and while the British player did not go as deep as he wanted to at the event he still had a great time in the city which inspired him to debut a new look.
Andy Murray is playing much better tennis lately and while he is still not playing as well as he wants to play he is consistently winning matches. In San Diego he won one match before running into a red-hot Casper Ruud who ended his run. After the match, Murray made his way to Indian Wells where he will take part in the BNP Paribas Open thanks to a wild card entry.
On his Instagram, he shared a lovely message thanking the city of San Diego for having him writing the caption: 'San Diego what a city! Maybe the best I’ve been to on tour. Discovered by the Germans in 1904 would you believe!' Murray was never been to San Diego before but it seems like he will definitely return.
He also debuted a new look inspired by the City or rather a person tied to the city named Ron Burgundy. It's a reference to the film Anchorman starring Will Ferrel as Ron Burgundy who sports a very distinctive look. Check it out below.
