To start off the Schedule of Play, Cameron Norrie will take on Adrian Mannarino on the Grandstand court. This is an interesting tie with neither player at their top level at all heading into it.
Mannarino has only won one of his seven matches so far this season and against Norrie he has a tricky customer who leads their Head to Head 2-0 including two years ago on a similar court at Los Cabos; if he can reproduce that kind of performance again it could be an early exit for the Frenchman.
We also have the prospect of Alex de Minaur returning to action, a player who was in seriously good form to begin the season, an injury halted his momentum; he has not got an easy match to begin life back on the ATP Tour.
He will take on the very in-form Miomir Kecmanovic. The Serbian has reached the semi-finals at both the Qatar Open and New York Open recently and as a result, he could take advantage of the Aussie not being back to his best.
Then it is one of the ties of the day as Stan Wawrinka takes on Frances Tiafoe. The former has been impressive at times to begin the year reaching the semi-finals in Doha and the Quarter-Finals at the Australian Open; but has not played since though due to injury.
His opposition though has only two wins this season both at his last tournament Delray Beach and although that might help him, Wawrinka will likely return with a bang in this instance.
Kyle Edmund flanks off the line-up with the Briton hoping to continue some of the form which has seen him return towards his best. He had a run to the title at the New York Open and will take on Feliciano Lopez in an interesting tie but one that the in-form player should come through.
