The draw has been confirmed for the Japan Open (Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships) which will take place between 16-22 October, 2023 in Tokyo.
It is the ATP edition of the Japan Open and will see Taylor Fritz as top seed facing a tough test to start off. He will face Cameron Norrie in the first round.
Casper Ruud is also among the top seeds, as is Alexander Zverev who could feasibly face Ben Shelton in Round Two. Frances Tiafoe starts against Aslan Karatsev too.
Zhizhen Zhang will face Hubert Hurkacz, with Alex de Minaur and Tommy Paul also among the top names competing in this ATP 500 which will end the Asian Hard Court swing.
For others, their attention will soon turn to Europe with Stockholm and Antwerp over the next week.
