While Novak Djokovic retained his #1 spot we have a new member of the top 10 as Denis Shapovalov cracks it for the first time in his career.

An extended week of tennis meant two things, we had a lot of good tennis and we have rankings updates on Tuesday instead of Monday. Nevertheless, we have new ones so this is the update. Novak Djokovic retained his #1 in the world after winning the Internazionali BNL d'Italia Rome trophy but there was a movement in the top 10. Denis Shapovalvo has been a stellar performer lately and he is now #10 in the world after another good outing in Rome.
Diego Schwartzman is up two places and sits currently at 13 in the world after a great week in Rome. Another great performer in Rome, Casper Ruud saw himself sitting at number 30 after a strong display on clay. The biggest jump in rankings was done by Dominik Koepfer who had his best result at a Masters event ever. That performance saw him jump 31 spots to number 66.
In terms of drops, there haven't been any significant ones as there have been several player's dropping a few spots across the board. One notable drop is that of Roberto Bautista Agut who dropped out of the top 10 after spending quite a bit of time in there. He will be looking to reverse that with strong performances on the upcoming clay season.
