The grass court season continued this past week with Queen's and Halle which saw Francisco Cerundolo and Frances Tiafoe lifting the trophies and the ATP Rankings as of Monday 22 June have now been updated as a result.
Francisco Cerundolo has jumped six places after winning his fifth tour-level title and his first above ATP 250 level at Queen's. He earned four three-set wins en route defeating Tommy Paul in the final to become the first Argentine to win the event.
Cerundolo leads Paul 6-2 in their Head-to-Head series. While Taylor Fritz was perhaps the leading story as he continued his renaissance and he reached the final in Halle. Fritz also enjoyed a run to the championship match in Stuttgart earlier this month losing out to Tiafoe in the final. Tiafoe is up seven spots to World No.19 in the ATP Rankings.

Altmaier, van Assche and Hijikata surge

Daniel Altmaier has also surged 22 places after he reached his first Tour Level semi-final in five years in Halle. The German wildcard upset Daniil Medvedev in the Quarter-Finals. Luca van Assche went up 18 spots capturing his third Challenger title of the year on the clay courts of Parma. He also won trophies at that level in Lille and Quimper in 2026.
Rinky Hijikata came through qualifying and reach the Quarter-Finals. He beat Alejandro Tabilo and last year's finalist at the event Jiri Lehecka before falling to Ugo Humbert. Other notable movers include Casper Ruud going up two spots. Frances Tiafoe also went up seven spots, while Raphael Collignon went up eight spots in over main movers and shakers heading towards Wimbledon.
