Felix Auger-Aliassime has reached back-to-back finals at the MercedesCup in Stuttgart after seeing off Sam Querrey 6-4, 7-5 in the semi-finals.
It is an eighth ATP final for the Canadian who is yet to convert over those attempts including the 2019 final where he lost to Matteo Berrettini.
It was a brilliant display though for Auger-Aliassime as he did not face a break point throughout and hit seven aces to win through in just over an hour.
This also continues a streak of not losing a set so far on the grass this week in Germany. He will now take on
Marin Cilic in Sunday's final.
He won the opening set against Jurij Rodionov 6-3 before the Austrian was forced to retire due to injury which allowed Cilic a route through.
