Borna Coric and Danilo Petrovic have won the first two matches of the Adria Tour in Zadar.

Grigor Dimitrov and Borna Coric were the first two players to step on the court in Zadar to kick-off the Adria Tour. The Bulgarian already has experience from Belgrade, where the first tournament of the Adria Tour was played. On the other hand, it was the first match for the Croatian youngster.
But Coric didn't have any major difficulties with a lack of experience with the Fast 4 format. During the match, he has converted 3 out of 4 breakpoints what led him to an easy 4-1, 4-1 victory over no. 19 Grigor Dimitrov.
In the second match, fans in Zadar couldn't watch any Croatian player, but they saw a quality match between world no. 7, Alexander Zverev and Danilo Petrovic. Zverev led already 3-1 in the first set and was serving for the win in the set. However, Petrovic managed to come back and win the set 7-2 in the tie-break.
In the second set, German's difficulties with his service continued. He faced 3 break points during his first service game but managed to fight back and win the game. However, on his next service game, he hit 4 double faults and gifted an easy break, and 3-1 lead to his opponent. Similarly to the first set, 3-1 lead was not victorious and the set reached the tie-break again. In the tie-break, it was Petrovic who dominated again. The Serbian won the match 4-3(2), 4-3(1), and got the first point in the group.
