Tuesday at the Paris Masters in France finished first round matches and already opened the secound round at the tournament.

Some of the players that advanced from the first round were for example Kyle Edmund, Alex De Minaur or Taylor Fritz. Grigor Dimitrov was also successful in France and Denis Shapovalov had to play just 4 games to advance as his opponent had to retire.
Radu Albot had an easier job in the second round as he expected. He was first set to face Roger Federer, but after his withdrawal he faced lucky looser Andreas Seppi, who he defeated in 2 tie-breaks.
Playing the 2nd round match on Tuesday was no problem for Zverev, who outplayed Verdasco comofortably 6-1 and 6-3. However, this seemed as a problem for US Open finalist Daniil Medvedev. He did not manage his match against Chardy well and he lost in 3 sets.
