Novak Djokovic will also unlikely not play in the Miami Open with the Florida Governor launching an appeal to Joe Biden similar to in California to allow the World Number One into the country calling it 'misguided' and 'unscientific'.
Djokovic had to withdraw from BNP Paribas Open Indian Wells amid vaccine mandates not yet being lifted in the US until May which has seen many including the respective governors, tournament directors and the USTA backing the Serbian in his bid to get into the US.
But it seems at least for the Sunshine Double, he will not be allowed barring a U-turn from Joe Biden.

The only thing keeping Novak Djokovic from participating in the Miami Open tennis tournament is President Biden’s misguided and unscientific COVID-19 vaccination requirement for foreigner travelers.   Mr. President – lift your restrictions and let him compete.
