The draw for the Bordeaux challenger is out and we have some very interesting matchups with Murray and Wawrinka potentially a round two matchup at the event.
The Bordeaux Challenger has a really strong field due to the Rome Open extending to a second week which means that many of those that exited the Masters in Rome in the first week will play in Bordeaux. Notable names include
Andy Murray and
Stan Wawrinka who both lost early in Rome. They might even face each other at the event in a possible R2.
Another interesting matchup is an R1 with Dominic Thiem and Benoit Paire playing against each other. Both didn't play in Rome this week opting for challengers with Paire playing in Francavilla and Thiem in Mauthausen. Check out the full draw below as it's quite a good one considering the event is only a challenger one.
