Draw for Abierto Mexicano Telcel Acapulco including Nadal, Medvedev and Zverev

The 2022 Acacpulco tennis event will run from February 21st till February 26th and the draw including Nadal, Medvedev and Zverev is out.

The ATP 500 event usually draws a very strong field yet the 2022 edition has a particularly strong field. We have some of the best in the world including Medvedev, Zverev, Berrettini, Tsitsipas and 2022 Australian Open champion Rafael Nadal. Top seed Medvedev will kick off his campaign against Benoit Paire with possibly Pablo Andujar waiting in the 2nd round.

Alexander Zverev received a tough draw with Jenson Brooksby waiting in the first round. If he passes that test, he might face Brandon Nakashima, another tough out. Stefanos Tsitsipas will start against Laslo Djere With Rafael Nadal having to take on Reilly Opelka. The American is in peak form and playing superb tennis so the challenge will be big.

Several other interesting matchups have been drawn across the board. Some of them include Fritz - Mannarino, Dimitrov - Cressy, Lajovic - Korda, Millman - Giron, Verdasco Isner. The absolute premier matchup of the first round is Carlos Alcaraz against Cameron Norrie. Check out the full draw below.
