The draw has been released ahead of the
BMW Munich Open which is set to take place between April 25 - May 1, 2022 on the clay courts of Germany.
It is the first of four German stops on the calendar and has seen
Alexander Zverev claim it twice previously and Nikoloz Basilashivili is the defending champion.
Also involved are the likes of
Casper Ruud and
Reilly Opelka with the stand out clashes including Zverev potentially facing Holger Rune in the second round.
Mackenzie McDonald takes on Ilya Ivashka with the winner set to face Basilashvili, while Botic van de Zandschulp takes on American rising star, Brandon Nakashima. Ruud starts his week against a qualifier of Alex Molcan.
