Dominic Thiem

One of the next ATP 500 tournaments begins tomorrow in the form of the Rio Open which takes place on the Red Clay courts of Brazil.

Despite being ATP 500, the field isn't too stacked with many tournaments going on at the same time such as Delray Beach and Marseille. These see many of the top 10 involved.
The star name involved though is Dominic Thiem who will return to action after his Australian Open brilliance. He decided against playing at the Argentina Open so will likely return in this event.
He will have Felipe Meligeni Alves, one of the home Wildcards to contend with which will likely mean the crowd will be on his back.
Other top names include Dusan Lajovic who will take on Marco Cecchinato in his first tie. As well as Borna Coric who will face the in-form Juan Ignacio Londero who reached the latter stages in Buenos Aires.
Speaking of latter stages in Buenos Aires, Casper Ruud who will take part in the final at the Argentina Open is also slated to play in this when he takes on a Qualifier.
