Dan Evans and John Millman were among the other top names through on the second day of action at the Western & Southern Open as we conclude the results from New York.

Evans took out No.10 seed Andrey Rublev in a big win 7-5, 3-6, 6-2. Both have had quality starts to the year so it was a tie that although went under the radar in the draw was one to look out for.
It was the Brit though who broke repeatedly in the win to keep up his winning momentum over the World No.14, can he produce a run this week in New York.
For Millman, he came through a thriller against Adrian Mannarino winning 4-6, 6-4, 7-6 with the final set seeing him potentially on the brink at 1-3 down after he had lost the first set. In the end it was a great comeback win for the Aussie ace. He will now face John Isner.
Grigor Dimitrov who was seemingly affected the most by Coronavirus during the Adria Tour debacle is also through after defeating Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-4.
Emil Ruusuvuori won the Next Gen battle against Sebastian Korda, son of Petr Korda in just over two hours - 7-6, 4-6, 7-5. With Richard Gasquet also through in two sets against JJ Wolf 6-4, 6-4.
