Roger Federer's tennis legacy will be huge once he retires but the Laver Cup is something the Swiss ace hopes to stay for a long time.
The Laver Cup started as an idea by Roger Federer that saw many people come together and realize it. Since then it has become one of the most prominent tennis events in the world is popular both amongst players and tennis fans.
Stefanos Tsitsipas even called it his favorite tennis event and a match from the 2019 Geneva edition will always remain in his memory.
He paired up with Roger Federer to take on Jack Sock and John Isner and despite playing a fairly good match, they ultimately lost 10-8 in the final set. Tsitsipas famously said after the match that playing with Roger Federer is everyone's dream. Over the years the Laver Cup has also yielded some iconic pairings with Federer pairing up with Nadal as well.
He also paired up Djokovic for another match. The Swiss ace has missed the last edition of the event but hopes to return in 2022 when the event will be held in Europe.
