The long running saga on Novak Djokovic will continue with the World Number One set to receive a final decision on his future at the Australian Open in the coming hours.
As of time of writing, Chief Justice James Allsop, Justice Anthony Besanko and Justice David O’Callaghan are those making that decision and the court has been adjourned to do so.
Allsop said they would spend the afternoon and early evening considering the arguments “not with a view to delivering all reasons today, but with a view if possible to reach a view as to the outcome of the matter”
“We would hope to be in a position to identify to the parties later in the afternoon what the course is that we propose,” he said.
