Felix Auger-Aliassime won't let Frances Tiafoe make a speech at his wedding for this reason

It has been a great few weeks for Felix Auger-Aliassime as he got engaged to his long-time girlfriend Nina Ghaibi in November during a week where most players seemed to get engaged. He also yesterday claimed his biggest win in almost two years against Taylor Fritz.

But there is one American he won't be letting anywhere near the microphone at his wedding. That being Frances Tiafoe who he said holds secrets on him that wouldn't be appropriate in front of his parents.

Leylah Fernandez, his Canadian teammate turned interviewer to ask who has the dirtiest secret of her compatriot to which he responded Tiafoe. He has dated Ghiabi since 2019. She is the cousin of Aussie tennis pro, Ajla Tomljanovic and is an international equestrian rider.

While Fernandez anchored Canada to glory against Croatia at the United Cup, Auger-Aliassime beating Fritz wasn't enough against USA as they then lost in their doubles tandem against Fritz and Gauff and will now rely on the result of Croatia v USA to try and move through.

“Felix, you recently got engaged. Which tennis player would you not let give a speech at your wedding? Who has the dirtiest secret of you?” she jokingly asked.

“Not many people have secrets on me but….Maybe Frances. There’s a time to not joke around, you know when the whole family is there,” the Canadian replied.
