Former Australian Open semi-finalist
Kyle Edmund of Great Britain is playing Futures right now as he looks to get back to winning ways and improve his ranking.
The Brit missed a long time with injuries but he's finally fit enough to play and using every chance to do so.
He doesn't mind playing future events either as he looks to rebuild his form. He needs to do this also because of his ranking as he can't really enter the strongest events without wild cards and he can't count on that with many events.
He's in Italy in the ITF event in Santa Margherita di Pula beating his opponent 7-6 6-1 in two hours of play.
On the ATP Tour Edmund played four times this year and lost all four matches though he looked solid in some matches. He could play some challenger qualifiers but opted for the ITF tour which is commendable.
