Francisco Cerundolo advances to Miami Open semifinals after Sinner retires

Jannik Sinner followed Paula Badosa in retirement sending Francisco Cerundolo to his maiden ATP 1000 Masters semifinal.
In another very short match at the Miami Open, Jannik Sinner retired against Cerundolo while trailing 1-4.
The Italian player was coming off of a brilliant outing against Nick Kyrgios but today things simply did not go his way.
It was blisters that was the cause of injury for Sinner who hands Cerundolo a first semi-final in his maiden ATP 1000. A brilliant milestone for the Argentinian.
