Daniil Medvedev came up short against Djokovic once more and he explained that he's nowhere near the level of the big three.
Medvedev is a grand slam champion, a trophy he won at the US Open beating
Novak Djokovic in the final. He's carved out a really strong career yet he's nowhere near the big three as he explained in his own words that they are in a league of their own:
"Novak is in a league of his own, that's for sure, with Rafa and Roger. Then it's the rest. Maybe one moment somebody's going to try to catch them number of slams or whatever, then we going to talk about different."
The Russian had a tough ATP Finals as he lost all three of his matches in the final set tiebreak. On being among the best, Medvedev added:
"I definitely don't put myself in there. We had some tough battles. He's leading in head-to-head, even if I won some important matches. Yeah, that's all I can say. Yeah, I definitely, definitely not close to Novak. Maybe when we play, yes, but in general you cannot compare myself to him or any one of the big three."
