Prize Money and points breakdown 2025 French Open | Roland Garros | ATP | WTA

With the Entry Lists now confirmed for the 2025 French Open at Roland Garros between May 25 - June 8, the Prize Money has now been set with a record amount on offer again.

It will go up to €56.352m euros for 2025 which is an increase of 5.21% from 2024 and sees such players as Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner all battle for even more prize money.

As ever both ATP and WTA are equal when it comes to prize money with €2,550,000 being supplied to the winner in Euros in 2025. €1,275,000 will go to the runner-up and goes all the way down to €168,000 for losing in the opening round. Iga Swiatek and Carlos Alcaraz are defending champions this time around.

Albeit both have doubts coming into this year's tournament, Swiatek will head into Roland Garros without a title for the first time and has failed in both Madrid and Rome. Two tournaments that are usual happy hunting grounds for the Pole during her career thus far.

While Alcaraz has bounced back from injury but headlines a draw that features Jannik Sinner who has just returned after a doping ban as well as Alexander Zverev who has shown no form since his opportunity went to become World No.1. Jack Draper has ascended into the top five also while Novak Djokovic hasn't won a match on clay to press all season.

Third round: €168,000 euros

Round of 16: €265,000 euros

Quarter-finals: €440,000 euros

Semi-finals: €690,000 euros

Runner-up: €1.275 million euros

Champion: €2.55 million euros
