Paula Badosa and Ons Jabeur will clash later today for a spot in the BNP Paribas Open finals and the duo shared a hilarious war of words after their matches.
Ons Jabeur and Paula Badosa have been the two most impressive WTA players this week at the tennis event in Indian Wells. Both of them took down some good players en route to the semifinal of the event and later today they will clash for a sport in the Finals. Off the court, they are very good friends and share a deep respect for one another.
Even so, Jabeur started a hilarious war of words after her win in the quarterfinals. The Tunisian player was the first one to play a match yesterday and after her win she said:
"I hope Badosa and Kerber play for five hours."
After hearing that, Badosa extended a similar sentiment saying:
"I hope she eats a lot of burgers and she cannot play.”
The duo continued in the comments below the WTA post on Twitter with Badosa posting a laughing emoji and Jabeur writing 'Did you receive the burgers I sent you?'
