Much has been talked about the career of both
Roger Federer and
Novak Djokovic with varying opinions on many different things related to them.
Some say Roger Federer is the greatest tennis player of all time while others claim it's Novak Djokovic. The fact is that both are still playing so comparing them at this moment is not a smart idea especially with Djokovic seemingly still playing near his best level. For
Patrick Mouratoglou the debate is rather clear. When Novak Djokovic is at his best he is dominating the world of tennis:
"Djokovic dominates the world of tennis when he is at his best. If Roger Federer is the greatest player of all time, then Novak is the strongest."
The Serbian has dominated the world of tennis in the past decade even with Federer and Nadal still playing good tennis overall. Mouratoglou is a huge admirer of Federer and he is not alone in that. Many consider Federer's game to be the most beautiful ever played, something like poetry in motion. The Swiss ace was a delight to watch and pretty unstoppable at his peak.
But for Mouratolgou it's also clear that Djokovic is the strongest player of all time because he always finds a way to win. His game is not the prettiest, but it's by far the most efficient one that dominated both Nadal and Federer when at his best.
