Novak Djokovic has decided to change his 'off court approach' and has split with his long-time agent Edoardo Artaldi in a previous rumour confirmed after he won his 24th Grand Slam title.
Journalist Sasa Ozmo said that the 36-year-old at the time after the US Open had left the company in which Artaldi and his wife Elena Capellaro are a part of with the team working together since early 2008 during his most successful period.
It remained to be seen whether Artaldi, a close ally of Djokovic would be retained in a different capacity, but he has not and this union has since been confirmed to have ended during the Paris Masters.
He has started well in Paris seeing off Tomas Martin Etcheverry as he looks to end the year as World No.1 again, but it will be all change in the back room staff going forward with Djokovic who maintains a short team deciding to change it for the first time in a number of years.
"We stay friends but professionally we decided to go different ways. I’m entering a new chapter about the off court approach. The transition is not easy but I’m moving forward," he said.

Djokovic confirms he parted ways with his former management team (Edoardo Artaldi / Elena Cappellaro). « We stay friends but professionally we decided to go different ways. I’m entering a new chapter about the off court approach. The transition is not easy but I’m moving forward.»
