After a difficult first round,
Stefanos Tsitsipas enjoyed an easy victory in the second round of the 2020
Roland Garros and afterwards he admitted that he's satisfied with his game.
The 22-years-old Greek needed to fight back from two sets down against Jaume Munar in the first round. In the second round, it was a much different story for Tsitsipas who took on Pablo Cuevas. He had an experience with the Uruguayan as he defeated him without losing a set a week before in Hamburg. This time, Tsitsipas recorded the same result against Cuevas, when he defeated him without losing a set also at the Roland Garros.
"I'm very satisfied with my game. I think my aggressivity and also the way I was prepared for the match was very important from the very beginning," Tsitsipas told Marion Bartoli on court.
"I came on the court knowing that I'm going to have to face a difficult opponent, I think that helped me just be there 100 per cent." Tsitsipas said. "Overall I would rate my game at a very good level. I'm glad I got a three-set win today after a very difficult first round."
"I see a lot of people cheering for me, that makes me very happy. I'm also very happy to see Roland-Garros renovated and become more modern and give this new flavour to the French Open, which is one of my favourite tournaments," Tsitsipas added.
