Nadal through to the semi-final at the US Open after two comebacks from Schwartzman

After Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic dropped out, Nadal became the biggest favorite at the US Open. Nadal was able to win the US Open in 2017 and will now try to follow up on his good form on hard courts this season after winning in Montreal.

Nadal will meet Matteo Berrettini in the next round, who defeated Gael Monfils in a five-set battle in the quarterfinals.
