Rafael Nadal is flying to Australia tomorrow ahead of the Australian Open, it has been revealed with potential doubts set to be dispelled after he recently tested positive for COVID-19.
Nadal tested positive after making his comeback in Abu Dhabi but with the isolation period affecting his preparation, some doubted whether he would play in Australia.
But not only will he play in the Grand Slam, he will also take up his place as expected in the ATP Melbourne Summer Set which includes Reilly Opelka and Grigor Dimitrov also in the line-up between 4-9 January. Good news for Nadal fans.
