Kei Nishikori has announced that he will not be participating at this year's
Vienna Open, which is slated to run from October 25-31, 2021.
The Japanese star was scheduled to participate at the ATP 500 tournament, where he finished runner-up in 2018. However, he has chosen to withdraw from the event.
The former World No.4 revealed that although he would be skipping Vienna, he would make his return to the tennis courts at the
Paris Masters, the ninth and final ATP Masters 100 event of the year. The star-studded event will from from November 1-7, 2021.
