Former world number 12 Paolo Bertolucci spoke about
Novak Djokovic and
Roger Federer praising both but underlining Djokovic as the strongest of all time.
Former Italian tennis pro Paolo Bertolucci won six titles in his long career reaching the French Open quarterfinal as well. The Italian former has worked for many years as a tennis analyst on Italian TV and saw many of the greatest moments of both Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic. Speaking about both players he made an interesting comment.
He said:
"We all cheer for Federer, he has an amazing game style. But Novak Djokovic is the strongest player of all time."
It's an interesting comparison between two legendary players complimenting both. Roger Federer has a tremendously beautiful playing style which makes him the greatest of all time in many peoples eyes. Novak Djokovic meanwhile has had an impressive career that is still going strong with many records backing him up.
He also demonstrated tremendous physical strength as well as mental strength during his career which is what the former pro might have been referencing.
