Novak Djokovic only has a few more records still to be collected. The Roland Garros title win which will likely elude him, but Jimmy Connors' 109 mark for titles is very much likely to be reached if he keeps playing without injury.
Djokovic also took another record off the tennis great surpassing him for the most titles on the ATP Tour in 2023. It is the 12th time in his career that he has won five or more titles in a year. This is a new Open Era record.

DID YOU KNOW❓ With 7, not only did 🇷🇸 Novak Djokovic lead the tour for most titles in 2023, but it was the *12th* time in his career that he's won 5 or more titles in a year—a new men's Open Era record. 💥👏 He surpasses Connors, who won 5 or more titles in 11 different years:

It is a mark that he has only not reached in recent years in 2020 when he didn't play much due to COVID and his refusal to get the vaccine. But in 2021-2023, he has proven himself to be the top dog still with five titles every year at least.
Jimmy Connors did it though over a more concentrated spell from 1972-1980 and only didn't complete it up until 1984 back in 1981 and 1983 in between. He sits ahead of Roger Federer with 10 and Rafael Nadal with 9.
Nadal is the only one who could feasibly now usurp Connors into second, but he would have to likely play for two more years and win five titles in each of those so it is another one where Djokovic will likely sit in and on his own.

MOST YEARS WINNING 5+ TITLES (men, tour-level, Open Era):

12: Novak Djokovic [2007, 2009, 2011-2016, 2019, 2021-2023]
11: Jimmy Connors [1972-1980, 1982, 1984]
10: Roger Federer [2003-2007, 2010, 2012, 2014-2015, 2017]
9: Rafael Nadal [2005-2010, 2013, 2017-2018]
9: Ivan Lendl [1980-1983, 1985-1987, 1989-1990]
