Pablo Carreno-Busta wins the first title since 2017 at the Chengdu Open

Carreno-Busta defeated Alexander Bublik 6-7, 6-4 and 7-6 in the Chengdu final to win the first title since Estoril 2017.

The Spaniard did not start the match ideally, despite having 2 set balls in the first set, he lost 7-5 in the tie-break. In the second set, however, Carreno-Busta fought and after using the 3rd break ball won the set 6-4.
Bublik served perfectly throughout the match, scoring up to 31 aces in total and winning up to 82% after his first serve. The third set decided who will win the title.
Carreno-Busta had 2 break balls in the first game, but couldn't take advantage of them, and the title at the Chengdu Open was decided by the tie-break. In this, Carreno-Busta won 7-3 and won the first title since 2017.
