Jannik Sinner won his match against Roberto Bautista Agut allowing him to advance to the finals of the airport edition of the bett1 Aces event.

Contrary to the grass-court edition of the bett1 Aces event the hangar edition is being held at an airport hangar and on hard courts. This isn't' the 1st match played in that environment but it was a great one between Sinner and Bautista Agut.
The Italian tennis sensation was slated for a breakthrough season this year before the pandemic interfered. Still when he gets a chance to showcase his talents as he did today he rarely disappoints. He started the match of slowly but over time started to play better and more confident. He couldn't complete the turnaround quickly though so he settled for a tiebreak.
In it, he was slightly better which allowed him to win it 7-5. He was much better in the 2nd set while his opponent faded away a bit. Jannik played his game without many mistakes being clinical in breakpoint opportunities. Bautista had no answer so he lost the set 6-2. All in all, it was a good display from the Italian who moves on to the final.
