The draw has been released ahead of Abierto Mexicano Telcel also known as Acapulco Open which will take place between February 27 - March 5 in Mexico.
Compared to other clay court tournaments on the ATP calendar in recent weeks, this line-up is stacked and as evidenced by the draw.
Carlos Alcaraz and Cameron Norrie who are still playing in Rio as of time of writing will be in Acapulco. They will face Mackenzie McDonald and Adrian Mannarino respectively.
Doubles partners at Indian Wells and maybe a look to the future singles wise, Ben Shelton will face Holger Rune. While Frances Tiafoe faces Yoshihito Nishioka.
Denis Shapovalov - Miomir Kecmanovic and Taylor Fritz - John Isner sit in the same section, while Casper Ruud could face JJ Wolf in the second round as second seed.
Despite high profile withdrawals including Stefanos Tsitsipas and Sebastian Korda, it is still a tournament full of intrigue.
