Gilles Simon won't be making a comeback at
Roland Garros after retiring from the sport last year. He confirmed it with a response to a fan on Twitter.
Simon retired from the sport last year with an inspired effort at the Paris Masters. He played well at Roland Garros last year as well so a fan asked hi if he would be making a comeback to play at the event. He's still on the ATP Rankings and the fan mentioned that Simon made the qualifications cut for the event.
He asked to compete once more and make all of his fans happy to which he responded that the only person who would be happy about him returning is the 1st round opponent he played:
"The only one who would love would be my first round opponent."
