French tennis player
Benoit Paire has lashed out at ATP for
having bugs on live stream for the Challenger tournaments on their website.
The men’s tennis governing body streams the Challenger
tournaments on their website but that has not been smooth in the recent
past. Paire, in a post on his official account on the social media platform X —
previously known as Twitter — has lashed out at ATP for not being able to
provide error-free live stream for such events.
"@atptour if you can fix the streaming problem on the
ATP site for challengers!!!! It starts from the beginning every time and there
are only bugs!! There are people following us!!!! THANK YOU,” he wrote in
French.
Paire has recently took part in the Open SIFA
Nouvelle-Calédonie in Noumea, New Caledonia where his journey finally came to
an end as he lost in the quarterfinal Arthur Cazaux in straight sets with a
score of 6-2, 6-1.
Earlier in the round
of 32, the Avignon-born defeated Geoffrey Blancaneaux with a score of 7-5, 3-6,
6-3. Later in the round of 16, the former world number 18 came out on top against America’s Colin Sinclair
with a score of 4-6, 6-2, 6-2.
