Former player
Patrick McEnroe has described
Novak Djokovic as the perfect player explaining that the Serbian doesn't really have a flaw.
Patrick McEnroe watched Djokovic many times over the years with the American being present for the Laver Cup last year where Djokovic also played. According to him, Novak Djokovic doesn't really have a flaw in his game and that makes him sort of like a perfect player when it comes to tennis.
He explained:
"It's a combination of his size, his eyes, his range and
his impeccable technique. If you're putting together, the perfect
player, technically, it's [Novak] Djokovic. There's no weakness for
Djokovic."
Despite that, Djokovic is still human and he can have a bad day with other players beating him:
"He might have a bad day and might just miss because he's
irritated or you might out-hit him like Wawrinka did a couple of times
in big matches. You're gonna have to play well on any surface to beat
him."
Djokovic last played in Banja Luka losing to compatriot Lajovic in the quarter-final.
