Tsitsipas on time spent in Philippines: “I leave a gift behind, and that’s my heart”

Wednesday, 11 March 2020 at 14:16

Stefanos Tsitsipas spent some time in the Philippines recently as part of the Davis Cup qualifiers.

Tsitsipas was part of the Greece team that claimed victory this past weekend but he spent some time giving back on the vlog below buying groceries for those less privileged than him.

He seemed to enjoy his time in the country as well if his social media is anything to go by.

"Thank you for putting a smile on my face every single day. Thank you for spreading kindness and generosity.”

“Thank you for embodying and applying this warmth into your daily lives. It’s truly remarkable and a great example for every nation out there to be like you. Thank you for showing me your love and making me feel awesome.

I leave a gift behind, and that’s my heart. God bless the Philippines!”
