After Dominic Thiem pulled out of the competition, Dustin Brown returned again. And it was a stunning return for the German when he got probably the most surprising result of the day and changed the bad looking statistic next to his name in the ranking.

However, the day started with an all-French battle between Elliot Benchetrit and Benoit Paire. Benchetrit led twice, but Paire leveled the score every time and so the match reached sudden death. There, it was a younger Frenchman who prevailed to win his 2nd match at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS).

In the second match of the day, Dustin Brown or 'The Artist' as he's called at the UTS, faced Feliciano Lopez. The German showed probably the best performance at this competition and won the match 3-1. Fans saw another victory for Frenchman after that when Richard Gasquet defeated Alexei Popyrin 3-1.

Joining the aforementioned Richard Gasquet, David Goffin broke to Top 4 in the rankings. The Belgian defeated Corentin Moutet 3-1 to climb to the 4th spot. And who are the last two players in Top 4? No one else than Stefanos Tsiptsipas and Matteo Berrettini who fought for the first place in the rankings in the last match of the day.

It seemed that Berrettini will take it without any major difficulties. The Italian led already 16-11, 14-13 and was close to winning also the third quarter. However, Tsitsipas showed his great skills and turned the match around to remain the only player that lost just 1 match at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS).
