Ultimate Tennis Showdown to postpone first matches as 2 new players are announced

The Ultimate Tennis Showdown will begin almost a month later in order to obtain all necessary authorizations.

The event was supposed to start on 16th May 2020. We also got to know the first 4 players including David Goffin and Alexei Popyrin, players that should meet in the first match. Now, we know that also Lucas Pouille and Dustin Brown will compete in the event. But also, that the beginning of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown will be postponed by almost a month. On their Instagram account, the UTS wrote:

"Due to the French government’s latest announcements, the UTS organizers have decided to postpone the first matches to June 13 in order to obtain all necessary authorizations and ensure the smooth running of the event."
