Monday brought again a lot of action on courts in France as players are already getting used to the format of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS).
As Dominic Thiem played the Adria Tour, he was replaced by Elliot Benchetrit during the first weekend of the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS). The Frenchman didn't disappoint with his results but won't appear in the official rankings.
Benchetrit faced Pouille in the first match of the second day as the younger Frenchman triumphed after the sudden death quarter. Another Frenchman, Benoit Paire defeated Dustin Brown in the second match of the day session to get the first victory at the event.
Matteo Berrettini became the first player to win 2 matches at the Ultimate Tennis Showdown (UTS). The Italian defeated David Goffin in the last match of the day session to get his 2nd victory.
In the evening session, Alexei Popyrin and Stefanos Tsitsipas joined Berrettini as they also triumphed in their 2nd match. The young Australian defeated experienced Spaniard, Feliciano Lopez. The 'Greek God' outplayed Richard Gasquet in the last match of the day.
