The wait on
Novak Djokovic's side to finally enter the US is over albeit after Indian Wells and Miami but it is good news ahead of the
US Open.
From May 11, all unvaccinated air travelers will be able to enter the US which allows Djokovic falling under that criteria to play at Flushing Meadows.
As well as assorted warm-up tournaments such as the Western & Southern Open in Cincinnati. He has not played at the US Open since 2021 when he reached the final losing to Daniil Medvedev.
This was always in the plans for the US to open up again but not in time for the Sunshine Double in March.
