VIDEO: Father of Rafael Nadal seemingly gestures to son to quit during Wimbledon tie against Fritz

Rafael Nadal is currently as of time of writing down a set to Taylor Fritz and is seemingly suffering with abdominal pain as he aims to reach the semi-finals of Wimbledon.

But if it was up to the father and sister of the great Spaniard, Nadal would already be off the court seemingly after they made a gesture to tell him to quit/retire from the tie.

He called the trainer in the middle of the second set complaining about his abdominal which has been a known issue alongside the foot for some time but not one he has spoken about.

As a result, he went off to receive treatment and despite battling, he is seemingly struggling to serve to Fritz's forehand compounding his issues.
