The US Open crowd seem to bring a different side out to Daniil Medvedev. A charismatic and hilarious one at that as his latest post match interview showed after taking down Sebastian Baez.

After 2019 saw him become the villain of the crowd in an all-time US Open interview, he was at it again with some more soundbites.

“Thanks to all the guys who don’t shout between 1st & 2nd serve. There’s 1 guy, I don’t know if he has a wife. I don’t know how she’ll sleep because he’s so pumped up he’s gonna end the night saying ‘vamo!’ nonstop. I feel sorry for him”

This after he clashed with the crowd against Christopher O'Connell previously where he said 'are you stupid or what?' and his battle with the crowd continued with calling out between serves. While Medvedev won through, it also made for a hilarious interview.
